Returns

• You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

• Wigs, lace products, cosmetics and sprays cannot be returned if opened (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds

Once the return is inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

• Used lace glue, remover, tint, melting spray, mousse

• Custom-colored wigs

• Sale items
