All products are shipped from our manufacturer in China to our studio in the Netherlands.
This process takes:

Once received, we inspect every product to ensure quality

After products arrive at our studio:
- Lace products (glue, tint, spray, remover, mousse): 1–3 business days
- Wigs: Up to 5 business days for styling & quality check
